The International Relations Office manages internationalisation activities not merely as periodic transactions but as institutional processes that are planned in advance, monitored and evaluated — the main tools of this approach are annual work plans and activity calendars. Work plans cover all core processes such as Erasmus+, international student admission, bilateral agreements, project activities and institutional promotion; for each activity, timing, responsibility and targets are clearly defined. Activities are thus carried out within a predictable and sustainable institutional structure that does not depend on individuals.
Forms the general framework covering Erasmus+, bilateral agreements, international projects, institutional partnerships and quality activities.
Systematically plans international student application, evaluation, admission, registration, integration activities and monitoring processes.
Prepared in alignment with the strategy, performance indicators and the quality-assurance system.
Each activity is carried out within the defined timing and responsibility framework.
Achievements are tracked during the year; the plan is updated where necessary.
Annual activity reports are the main monitoring tool showing the extent to which targets have been achieved.
